Slow Performance on Windows

If you're experiencing slow performance, your GPU drivers may be out of date or hardware acceleration may be disabled.

First make sure that you're playing the most recent version of the game.

If you purchased the game through Steam, you should make sure that the game is set to auto-update as a high priority.

If you purchased the game through itch.io, you should check your itch.io library and download the most recent version of the game.

Check that your graphics drivers are up to date and ensure that your GPU is set to use hardware acceleration.

To enable hardware acceleration:

1. Open Settings
2. Select Display Settings
3. Select Graphics
4. Select Default graphics settings
5. Turn Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling on
6. Restart your computer
